fix(st): make ShowNotification a no-op

The st profile clears notifyDesktop so that st gets no notification escape, but ShowNotification still passed the empty format to Printf. That wrote "%!(EXTRA string=<title>, string=<body>)" to the terminal, where st drew it at the cursor. Skip it like the other optional escapes.
