ugrep - easy building from Visual Studio 2019+

Makes it easy to build from Visual Studio.

- Clone ugrep, e.g. c:\source\ugrep.
- Double-click on c:\source\ugrep\msvc\ugrep.sln.
- Set Platform to x86 or x64.
- Set Config to Base-Debug or Base-Release.
- Build.

Generates a ugrep.exe without PCRE or compression support, but otherwise usable.

To enable PCRE and compression support, you extract all of the sources into folders next to your ugrep folder (remove version numbers from the folder name), e.g. c:\source\zlib and c:\source\pcre2.

With all sources present, you can now change the config to Pcre-Debug or Pcre-Release and build.

To enable Boost, you extract boost to c:\source\boost and build the libs. You can now change the config to Boost-Debug or Boost-Release and build.

Might also work for VS2017, but I don't have a copy of that installed on anything handy for testing.
