bin: rejigger tmux scripts

Instead of hard-coding the tmux session name, we make it a configurable parameter that defaults to `remote`.

We also take frink (my old workstation) out of the keybindings. Same with lisa (my old Intel mac mini). We replace frink with duff and lisa with armlisa (my new M2 mac mini).

Fun fact: lisa is still running. Its uptime is 1212 days.
